Staff

Current Staff List

Below you can find a list of the current Staff members: Administrators, Developers, GMs and Testers. Furthermore we keep a list of former or inactive Staff members.

For any issues related to spells, quests, items, creatures, game mechanics and similar use our BUGTRACKER where you can communicate directly with our developers.

If you look for support on IRC be aware that only people with @ or + (with operator status or voice) are members of staff.
Do not share your password with anyone. If someone is asking for your password he or she may be impersonating a staff member.

Administrators

Administrators are responsible of keeping everything working.
They need to keep the server software up-to-date and the staff motivated. Basically handle all administrative duties:
Make sure everything is working (technically and peoplewise), organize Staff meetings, represent the Community in external communications (with another community for example) make sure Staff rules are being followed by everyone, settle disputes between staff members, etc.

Developers

Developers are actively working on either Core of the Server, the database or the scripts to fix general bugs of the server software.
They are responsable to go through the reports in the bugtracker and fix them if possible. Also they try to find ways to implement suggestions from players or other staff members that seem to be usefull (or fun to make ).

Game Masters

GameMasters (GM) are the first contact for the player.
They check the GM-tickets, answer the question, try to help with unique problems. GMs are also responsible for catching people who are hacking or in some other way breaking the rules. Finding GM Tickets that report non general problems they point the player towards the Bugtracker.

Testers

Testers help the community by testing new zones, checking instances or new features.

Inactive Staff

Inactive Staff members are not currently active in the management of the server. They are either on a break, or retired.
